This is what you need! You are charging a premium for these skins and I have sent a contact request with no reply. I look in this forum and there is very little in the way support given to the questions asked! I went against my better judgment and enabled SSH on my server so I could use this product and I get a 404 error. You have very little time to figure out why this is not working before I resend my PayPal charges and call this fraud! If you want to know why I am being so rude. Look into why your support does not reply to the questions being asked. |

Hi Kevin, Without a doubt we are at fault for not responding in a timely fashion in most cases and honestly I have no real excuses as I am here and available via live chat nearly 24/7 (bottom right on every page). I haven't received any email or contact from you and this is the first I have heard of any issues. I respect people have no choice but to jump to conclusions but I am here nearly 24/7, 95% people contact via live chat and the forums aren't to active so i am not monitoring 24/7 like i would normally be. One issue we are trying to resolve is I use to own a website which was sold a couple years back but is spamming us 20,000 emails a day and yes some emails are getting caught and we are trying our best to weed through them to catch the quality ones. I understand what it looks like and where your coming from.. but let's get your issue resolved. Can you please give me more info in terms of 404 error? I assume it is with the wget command I will take a quick peak as everything else seems to be working. The IP added to the system is your servers main ip correct? Thanks and again sorry, |

Ok I found your email in my junk box "Last chance to prove your worth" to be honest you purchased the skin today without giving me a chance to even solve the issue before some pretty harsh words. Anyways again I accept blame for not responding quick enough, I have gone through that products setup in our system and looks correct. I am sure you check but are you sure that is your servers main ip? or the ip your logged into while using ssh? 404 will mean can't be found. Do you get the error downloading the .sh file or actually running the .sh file? |

Thank you William, I will double check that everything is right. Regarding a download there is no download only a link wget. However that is no longer available to access. One question I have though is this template for the server root IP or for the client domains I will be applying it to? |

Yeah, what we do is provide a .sh to wget (make sure your server can wget as it is sometimes disable) The .sh does the actual install, along with making sure the language files etc are all working. There are a couple reasons we ask for the root IP, first one is our licenses cover every single account on your server. Second is when you actually do the wget command it will be pinging our server from the servers root ip (in most cases). So you can apply the skin to ANY domain on your server. I noticed a paypal dispute which the second that happens our system will automatically disable access to download. | |

That is probably why it did not work. I gave the IP for my clients accounts. This servers root IP is 66.7.192.123. I do have wget enabled on this server so that wont be an issue. Also I have closed that dispute if that will help to get my account back in good standings? |

OK, so I tested this out and I put my main server ip and it didn't work so I stand corrected on that and I do apologize. See my main server ip end with .194 BUT when I connect to the SSH session i am using a domain that ends with .197 and THAT is what worked. So if you aren't can you please type in the ip of the root server when connecting through SSH? Do you know what I mean? |
