Default One more update

You released an update for the new version of cPanel. Thanks for the prompt support but it seems now the file manager does not work. Any fix in the works for this?

I am assuming this is for Element cPanel Skin? Please confirm but I will go take a look and test.. Is there something specifically wrong or will it be pretty obvious?

Yes, sorry I should have mentioned that. I have been looking at the other cPanel features and so far have not found anything else. Will let you know..

It will be very obvious, when you go into the file manager there is nothing there and I tried clicking around, refreshing the browser and nothing would correct it.

Any fix for this? I am not looking forward to editing all my packages to eliminate this template and sorry to say I will probably never look back to it if I do.

It does not make me look professional to my clients switching back and forth like this.

Have you made any headway with this? It has been 5 days since you said an update would be "out soon". I sent you a login and have not heard a word and now I found another bug when creating a new domain. When I go in to create a database the user name is replaced with $dbuser_. I have confirmed that it is in fact the template causing it because when I change back to X3 the issue is solved.

At this point I have clients depending on me and I cannot depend on this template working and I am going to remove your template and forget I ever used it. I refuse to look like a fool because you don't properly support your product!

You want an awful lot of money for something you fail to support! Where can I find instructions on how to completely remove this from my server?

Why is it everyone is so quick to come out with quite brutal accusations of support. I stated I as working on it as we speak which is 100% true I went through tested across 3 different servers and have absolutely no issues with the file manager so not sure how I could rush out a fix even though I was trying everything I could to find the issues you were having..

With the login I didn't even know you had pm'd it until you stated so in this post and I apologize for not looking in there earlier. When I went to login it is the X skin, not our skin to be to test so if you are able to witch it to ours I would be more than happy to see what is happening on your server and rectify right away.

Its not your skin because I removed the skin from all my packages. Please let me know how to delete this from the server and you will hear nothing more from me.

I don't have a problem enabling it for you to test with though so you can get this fixed. I don't remember which domain I gave you access to, if you want to test this let me know the domain it was I set you up with and I will enable the template for you.
