Default Support not existing?

Hello,

I paid my Direct Admin Skin on 31.8.2012 with installation and logo changing services. I have not receive any actions for the installation service yet, even I have asked it for two times.

Today is 4.9.2012, I think 5 days should have a time even to respond to my emails?

I would like to deeply apologize for all your hassles and your 100% 5 days is just not acceptable and would like to get this resolved for both.

Actually I am really confused,

juntunen - your license is active please email me details for logo install


nedhosting - Your licenses are all active what is the issue you are having? rather confused with the chargeback as your account is just fine waiting for your ip to activate so please explain.

I'm frustrated also - I sent two emails AND forum PM's because I cannot get my download links to work.

Can you please help William? The approval of download links seems a little silly to me for existing customers.

The problem is that i can't download the three themes and when i try to register the ip it won't work....
