I purchased a skin but I neither got a mail for download page nor found the download page. Where can i download my skin files?

How did you solve this problem?

I purchased a skin some weeks ago. Did never get a response from your support department. I am not able to see any download-link either.

I have marked you a customer, also extended the days of your license, again looks like it didn't mark you as a customer. Can you confirm you now can access the members area in the top right?
